The house is located in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Dolyna district, now (Kalush district) in the village of Yavoriv. From the center of the village to the center of Dolyna 7 km.

There is a frequent city bus every day with a convenient schedule. The house has three storeys, total area - 214 m2, 6 bedrooms, one kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom (bath with toilet).

In the centre of the village there is a comfortable playground, a school, a two-storey village club. The village is cosy, clean and safe. There is access to silence, nature walks and beauty.

There is also a railway stop near the village. Morshyn is 25 km away. Kalush is 35 km away. Ivano-Frankivsk is 67 km away. Lviv is 110 km away.
